I use my somewhat nimble fingers and bedheaded bonce to create all the things at The Pigeon's Nest by hand.
The Pigeon’s Nest opened its digital doors in 2012, but I have been creating and making things from an early age. I honestly can't remember the last time August hasn't involved me being knee-deep in projects for friends and family to open at Christmas.
I create everything from my kitchen table (and sometimes the sofa) in beautiful Sussex. As well as selling online I also sell my wares at local country shows and fairs, where I get to meet our lovely customers face to face. My whimsical woodland creations are inspired by the books I read as a child and I hope to invoke the nostalgia of Enid Blyton, Kenneth Grahame and Richard Adams for the young…or at least the young at heart.
